Is anyone having an issue adding the January 2013 issue to their iPad Library? I can see and read the January issue in the Catalog but can't add it to "My Library".

Same here. Wasn't there a problem with last month's issue too? I remember having a problem downloading it. Or was that November?

I have problems with both issues. I managed to download the January 2013 issue and try to read the December 2012 issue I am asked to subscribe. I spoke with S&T customer service and they were no help. So I can down load one issues at a time.
Tim

During our last release, there was a bug that was introduced into the app that does not allow issues to be downloaded to readers libraries. They can still read the book online, but just cannot download to their library.

As soon as the bug was identified, we created a fix and have resubmitted all our apps to Apple. As soon as Apple approves the new versions of the apps, they will be made available to readers. Once readers download the update, they should be able to save to their libraries again. Im hoping Apple will have all the apps re-approved within the next few days as we have had them in Apples hands for a while now.

So a fix is in the works, but Apple is slow to approve things. Not sure what is wrong for Tim though, that one has us scratching our heads.

Can we get book marking? Starting a S&T issue then having to go back and remember where you left off is a bummer. Ever consider Zinio as a reader conduit for S&T?

Thanks,

Steve

I did get an app upgrade sent to my iPhone over weekend. Now I can download December as well as January issue but I still am asked to subscribe when I try to read December issue. Perhaps it is my specific account?
Thanks,
Tim
