Bought recently from a gentleman as a like new unit. I've not had any chance to try it until this evening I gave it a test run.

The picture is a screen capture with the camera in live mode but no scope or lens connected. I had the cap on the sensor but intentionally let some light leak through. As you can see, there is a line which concerns me. Is this normal?

The vertical line I believe is a result of imaging source fixing the bayer pattern issue on the earlier dfk21 618 cams. I'm not sure whether it will be a problem for stacked images. Its doubtful but I know some people were freaked out by the line and returned their cams.
