Hi finally i build my telescope, my home members are able to see clearly includig me but brother is saying that he watching hazy view. fuzzy or blurred
he is expanning that the view is not that sharp. he is saying that the view is just like that i have put down my spectacle.
so i would like to ask you all that can it be due to his high spectacle power?
if so then is their any other way to correct it using telescope eyepieces?
Thanks in advance

Let him experiment with the focuser. Each person's eyes are different and sometimes one person may see something clearly while a second needs to adjust focus considerably.

You might also look at his prescription to see if he has a lot of astigmatism....that can really affect his viewing. If he has a lot of astigmatism, he may have to wear his glasses (if they corrected them for astigmatism, they usually do).

Since your brother has high spectacle power he will need to adjust the ficuser significantly different from your setting.
Your brother will likely need to extend the focuser further out than you.I wear a strong prescription and this is what must be done to bring objects into focus;some telescopes even require a small focuser tube extension in my case because there is not enough adjustment.
If he keeps his glasses on he will likely have great difficulty with all but the largest eyepieces because his glasses will severely restrict his field of view through the eyepiece.
Try focusing on something while using at least a 25 or 26 mm eyepiece and have your brother look with glasses on.Then have him look without glasses and adjust the focuser until he can see clearly.

Put a 25 mm eyepiece in the focuser and have him try first with his glasses on and adjust the focus, then again with his glasses off and adjust the focus. Everybody's eyes are different, my 50 year old eyes are different than your 25 or 30 year old eyes. David

Those spectacles are close in power to mine and I can see clearly in telescopes without glasses but must adjust the focuser further out ;with enough adjustment your brother will also.

Can your brother see the stars with his glasses only?
If none of the above suggestions work, he may have problems with low light. Could he have cataracts? There simply may not be enough light through the eyepiece for starlight vision. Have him try to see the moon through the telescope, get good focus for him, and then see if he can see starlight.
Binoculars with long eye relief are wonderful for people with glasses to observe the night sky. Many people don't even consider them for astronomy.
