I think my 6" f/15 has a tad too much color even. But I'm pushing the envelope with wanting high resolution planetary detail.
The 6" f/5 is a great telescope for wide field scanning of a really dark sky. So enjoyable!

The spacers are adhesive and wrapped onto the retaining ring so they won't slip around or off. Mike

You really need to stop monkeying around with achromats if you want planetary detail with out color.
