Hi All,
Ive been looking for a way to run my Canon t3i in the field without using the camera battery(s) and came across this:

Looks like it may work...yea or nay on this dc-dc converter?

I'm using one from these guys for my XSi

As long as you don't run Liveview all the time it works great.

To be honest, I don't remember. Likely under $10.
I've had the XSi since it came out, bought the power supply at same time.

Perusing the thread, I would get the one off Amazon if I was looking today. I'm not that good with a soldering iron and a ready made unit for 16 bucks?
