Flocking the tube - what else?
- 12/18/12 02:08 PM
Since I had the experience of repairing my fastar secondary and removing the corrector - my disassembly fears are gone!
So - I may as well flock the tube and do some other optimizations while I'm in there.
So - other than flocking, what would you folks recommend for an XLT C11 tube from 2012?
I'd prefer not taking the primary cell off - and also since it lives outside in my OBS, I don't really want to do cooling fans.
Any benefit to going CF for the tube? I've heard good and bad.
