For those who are interested Amazon will have the Canon 10x42 L image stabilization waterproof binos on sale today only (lightning deal/holiday deal).
Some features:
Canon's first waterproof IS Binocular.
High performance L Lens with 2 Ultra-low Dispersion (UD) elements on each side.
Doublet Field Flattener Lenses for sharp, distortion-free images edge-to-edge.
Bright field-of-view from a 4.2mm exit pupil diameter, the largest of any Canon IS Binocular.
Wide angle rating from an apparent angle-of-view of 65°.

This is the page where the deal will show up. Go to the section in the middle where it say "Today's lightning deals". You can scroll sideways until you find the image of the binos and the countdown to when the deals starts. now and just wait. The deals starts at 8:30AM PST. Can't say how much it will be discounted and sometimes these deals are not the best but that is for whoever is interested to decide. These are too much for me at any sale price but I know many here love these.

Well it is $150 off from their previous price of $1500. Not sure how great a discount it is but if it is never on sale then this might be good for someone.
