The azimuth on the one-arm mount is starting to have too much free play, even with the clutch lever locked down tight. My project this weekend is to disassemble the base to the mount, and see about tightening up the free play, but I don't see how it comes apart. Perhaps service info for that might be relevant. Start with the center bolt on the bottom. Then the lower casting can be removed. Check that the bolt hasn't loosened up. This may be your problem. On reassembly care has to be taken to get the bottom of the AZ axle seated properly in it's recess in the bottom casting.
