Sorry I haven't been online in awhile guys. Thank you all for the birthday wishes. Right now I am working, but no free time here or at home. Haha. Lots of diapers at home, lots of oil and gas at work. But clouds everywhere.
Also, I have gone 19 days without a cigarette. I smoked for 9 years, and I feel better already. Just tryin to keep everyone updated. I miss you guys. Hopefully will get some scope time when I get home as well.

Way to go, Matt!! Stick with it and you will still be around to see that new little one have kidlets of his own! And, you will feel much better along the way!
I threw away my last pack of cigs 26 years ago (cold turkey), after smoking since I was a teen, and I've never looked back. I had tried to quit for a few years and always went back. While trying, I would do something stupid like smoke a pipe, or a cigar, or even chew tobacco, but eventually I would find myself right back on those danged cancer sticks. So I decided cold turkey was going to be the only way. It worked! Now I can't stand to be around any kind of tobacco smoke.
Keep up the good work and take care buddy!
