Hi all, it's been a long since my last post but just wanted to share some moments of the lunar occultaion of Jupiter as we could see here on South America.
Here is a link for the video I made in time-lapse style, showing the event 5x faster than real time: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L7fwcy-W4hE
Below is a picture from the beginning of the event.
Best regards, Rafael

Thanks guys, I am not in same league as most of you, but I hope one day I can get better pictures as yours.
Wenjha, no they aren`t. Neither a dark ground with a very bright sunset glowing to a camera lens, but still you can take pictures showing good details on both regions. On terrestrial photography the physical object that corrects this is called Graduated Filter, but you can simulate one digitally with masks and so be able to brighten up / or darker some regions of the picture while maintaining others.

Watching a moon of Jupiter "rise" above the horizon of the Moon just before the planet was very cool!
