      #5593359 - 12/28/12 09:13 PM

hi all
made some animations, one of AR 1638 with a lunt 100 and a televue 2.5 powermate. it shows some intersting plasma motion near the sunspot penumbra edge. please click on the image to launch the giff

http://wp.me/aT6IN-g9

and this one, made on 27 dec, shows AR 1635 and a very interesting active region filament

http://wp.me/aT6IN-g7

and these filaments were showing some interesting motion, but i pushed the processing trying to bring out some structure detail

http://wp.me/aT6IN-g8

all movies made at 70 second intervsls with the lunt 100. thanks for looking!

Great animations Michael! I haven't had the chance to try out my new Powermate since it has been cloudy since I got it!

thanks for all the wonderful comments. i suggest to all that you try to make an animation, its easy and a great way to observe the sun, as you will sit for hours watching features move about. and results can be stunning
