I'm not sure about what thread size are on this set screw but if anyone knows that I might be able to make a screw myself from one from the hardware store. The Synta weights have specially machined steel bolt. I'd just get some 3/16"/5mm brass rod and fashion a pin. Pretty sure your thread is 8mm course (1.25mm). Should be able to find 8mm threaded fasteners at a good Ace or big box hardware.
