Installing Losmandy style plate on Mewlon 250

Hello everyone:
I would like to know, if itīs possible to install a losmandy style dovetail plate, in a Mewlon 250 model, or you need to choose the Mewlon 250S, that comes with rings, in order to do it.

Certainly possible, mine has one bolted directly to the OTA.

Yes, and that OTA is about all the load it wants. It handles it nicely but per spec it's on the edge.
