Observations start tonight, January 3, 2013 First official international astronomy event of 2013! Get the kids involved! Easy outreach idea that does not require telescopes, yet does real science! Thanks Dr. Constance Walker, IDA, AWB, and everyone for making this project grow!

Tom, not only will I be participating, but I'll be making an "Eyes on the Sky" video about it, though I'm not sure which month yet.
Thanks for posting this and reminding everyone. All of us should do this - it only takes a few minutes.

Excellent, Dave! I sent info about your show to Dark Sky Scott and the IDA team. I'm sure they're aware, but wanted to be sure. Best in 2013 and hope your show hits the stars! Best, Tom
