Briggs–Rauscher oscillating reaction
      #5603791 - 01/03/13 10:12 PM

An interesting chemical reaction well suited for demonstration purposes because of its visually striking colour changes. This reaction continues in a cycle till it suddenly turns deep blue as a result of two forms of iodine binding to starch in the solution.
