I finally got my C6 SGT scope. But I'm trying to figure out how to set the latitude when there's no apparent index mark next to the scale. Any suggestions?

Look for a small cast in triangle above the scale.

Not exactly easy to spot. I had to shine a flashlight under the motor cover to see it. Same color as the housing! What were they thinking!!

Using the Polar Alignment Scope to do a mechanical polar alignment you have to adjust the mount in altitude and azimuth. The altitude adjustment will set the mount to your local latitude.

A dab of white paint would help.

Don't worry about the latitude scale. Just look through the polar axis finder and aim it at Polaris.

All I have to do to see Polaris is wait for the clouds and rain to go away!
