Got a great visit from Mr. fedex today! Got my ES82 11mm and 24mm eyepieces!! Can't wait to try them out. I might be able to get out tonight weather permitting! I also ordered a Antares twist lock 1.25" to 2" adapter to permanently keep on the 11mm. This way I don't have to fiddle with the adapter that came with my WO 2" diagonal. This adapter is a great piece of gear. It is solidly constructed and really holds the EP in place without any worry. Can't wait to try them both out on my 8se. Thanks to everyone who gave me advice on picking these guys up!
Some eye candy!

Nice eyepiece candy! Isn't it nice to hear that truck pull up in front of your house? Mine came yesterday, (34mm ES 68), and I bolted downstairs as soon as I heard the door shut because I knew it was the delivery truck.
A little warning for those of you who are getting the 34mm ES 68: It needed just over 1/2" of pulling it out of my focuser to reach focus, so I ordered a 28mm Baader fine tuning ring so I can parfocalize it to the rest of my eyepieces.
Even though I have the 34mm ES, I still keep thinking about getting the 30mm 82 ES to try it out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The build quality of the ES eyepieces are really nice IMHO. I also use twist lock adapters on 3 of my eyepieces too.
I still need to get my 34mm ES out to darker skies to check it out! The sky was crummy last night and it looked like a "milky white" over blue, so I was only able to view M-45 with the 34mm ES.
Cheers,

Scanning4Comets - congrats on your new acquisitions as well! I also have the ES68 34mm and I love it. My collection consists of
ES68 34mm, ES82 24 & 11mm, Hyperion 8mm. I will be swapping the hyperion 8 with a ES82 8.8mm as soon as they are in stock!

BEWARE!!! .Buying ES eyepieces developes an appetite for buying more ES eyepieces. No, but seriously, great oculars.
