I purchased a CGEM DX from a guy who just upgraded to a CGEM Pro. Since we believed the tripods were identical, he just send me the new, unopened Pro box and kept the DX. Turns out the tripod is the same, but the center rod is not. I believe the black knob goes first, then the nut with the flange up, and then the washer so that the ribs on the flange don't cut into the underside of the tripod head. Can one of you DX owners verify and/or post a picture of yours. Thanks.
Tim

Tim,
Minor point but it's CGE Pro, not CGEM Pro. This recently caused some confusion in another thread.

Awful quiet here! Nobody has a DX that can snap a picture or post the correct order?

I actually just disassembled my DX to use in an observatory configuration so I can shed light on this.
The ribbed part of that nut is actually supposed to dig into the black knob with the washer above it. In your image the nut is backwards then. The intent is that this forms enough friction that you can manipulate the center rod to disconnect the head in the cold.
I actually disconnected the knob to find out what the size of the screw was. It's a metric size: I think it was 10mm coarse but I don't remember.

well the CGEM regular is M12 coarse.. Vixen mounts are M10 for the center bolt. I don't think the CGEM DX would downgrade to an M10...
