Not sure if this has been mentioned here before but there is some great info. I'm preparing for a possible astronomy outreach program for some 5th graders next fall and came across some great material on Astronomy & Cosmology. Presented in general terms and seems relatively easy to understand.

Thanks. I have a grade schooler who will love this. My wife and I did a presentation for my daughters first grade class. Brought in a telescope and some charts and the kids loved it.

Kahn Academy is an amazing resource for education these days. I use it extensively for my math students to get in some extra practice. I did not realize there was an astronomy section. I am a big fan of the advanced mathematics section. Highly recommended.
