Mike, the tilt of Saturn’s ring plane from an earthbound observer’s perspective is equivalent to what Jean Meeus in his book Astronomical Algorithms calls “the saturnicentric latitude of the Earth referred to the plane of the ring”. I ran across this JPL/NASA page about the ring crossing of the mid-90's: http://www2.jpl.nasa.gov/saturn/angle.html Checking those numbers against WinJupos, the Dec of Earth value matches --- the 1st value given that is by WinJupos; not the "B" value.
