Could you PM me as well? I tried the site form, the site email and an email he'd emailed me with a while back...no response.
Thanks,
Paul

I've called and left messages, emailed three different emails, is Rob around anymore? I understand that astro is a niche endeavor and that many sellers have primary jobs, but no response almost a week seems a little weird.
All I wanted to do was give him money....

psandelle,
This will probably not give you any consolation, but I also e-mailed him and got no response
Maybe its a strategy to make you lust even stronger for the tripods.
Rob, my birthday is on First week of February ( Hint, Hint)

Asteron - happy early b-day!
I've left phone messages, various emails. Nuthin'. I've always heard Rob's a quality guy, so maybe he's sick with the flu, or something, but it does worry me a bit when someone can't even reply to an email. Maybe it's just the universe's way of telling me to buy a Mach 1 and an Eagle pier....

psandelle,
Thank you for the greeting.
Have patience, the Miller tripods are legendary. Give Rob some leeway, For all we know we may be using the wrong e-mail address or he may be in transit somewhere.
Don't yet listen to the universe.
Of course, in a month or two maybe you should listen?

Asteron,
Oh, I have patience (didn't mean to imply otherwise). Rob has nothing but a sterling reputation, and he DID email me finally! His internet was intermittent for a while, and they've stopping tripod production as they form a new company, and, hopefully get back to it in March/April. Sigh...patience is a virtue, they tell me. I need a space telescope: no clouds, move it away from the moon, probably not very cheap, though.
Oh, well - fingers crossed.

Paul, Sounds like good news (to those having patience). I wish Rob great sucess with the new company. Too bad I wont have a tripod for my birthday. It's probably worth waiting for....
Guess I'll have to improvise somthing for the DM-6
