Here's the current vendor list. Oddly, it still includes Astronomics. I wonder what other information is inaccurate?

Mag1 Instruments (Portaball) is on the list as well. I can tell you with some certainty that Mag1 will not be there and has not registered for the show.

Like many other astronomy events, NEAF if made possible by the thankless work of many volunteers. Give them a little slack.
Check with your favorite vendor if they will be there, that my advice.

Slack? My comments were benign. I was only pointing out that Mag1 Instruments was on the list for 2013 and Dave and I will not be there.

Considering that http://www.rocklandastronomy.com/neaf/vendors.html says 'Unpdated continuously' and that Astronomics is STILL listed, I've got to think the only way to find out which vendors are likely attending would be to contact the vendors individually.

Sad. How hard can it be to update a list like this nowadays?

I've been going to this event since the 2nd or 3rd year, and I don't remember the vendor list on the website being close to accurate up to just a month or so before the date.

I think we can be certain that there will be many, many booths full at NEAF 2013, including astro stores and big ticket equipment makers.

Last year, the list was updated typically daily starting in DECEMBER.
