Thinking of taking a lazy susan bearing and sandwiching it between two pieces of plywood to make a base and swiveling platform (just large enough for the footprint of the lawn chair). It's not inexpensive, but the large footprint is very much more stable than a 12" lazy Susan. A friend built a chair using a 12" lazy Susan, and added several furniture glides well outside the bearing for support if his body weight shifts and would otherwise stress the bearing due to tilt.
