Hello, I just offered a telescope ETX 125, secondhand, but I asked for the model and its owner says is that neither the tube nor the mount appears the name "UHTC or AT or EC" Is this normal? And that is a Premium Model .., blue model ..? He has told me that the telescope has 1 ½ years old. He sold me for half the price of new, would be worth vs a model like Makdutov Celestron 127 SLT? And that is a Premium Model .., blue model ..? Regards and thanks

All ETX scopes are blue.
The UHTC sticker should be someplace on the tube if it is UHTC.
As far as I am aware, there are no external indicators of the model revisions.
Model revisions are mostly about internal rigidity improvements inside the mount.
The latest versions of the scope will have the LNT module installed on it.

Except for the PE version. Those have either a blue tube or the tube with the photo of the North America nebula.

This should answer your questions.. However only the first ones were blue.. Myself, I have a later / newer one 2005, and it is purple... The PE model has the red dot finder and the special astro designer tube.. anyway below is the answers.. From Weasners site..
