The ODK was delivre begin of may, and i gone to Airylab ( www.airylab.com ) to test optic. OOuk promise me LV/4 PV with 45kg, i receive a telescope at 62 kg and see the test : You can see the serious of this compagny ! OOuk propose to pickup the scope and remake a miror, i wanted refuse, but my lawyer advised me to accept. So OOuk take back this "*BLEEP* scope" and delivre me 2 month after (july), i tested again with Aitylab But the miror have only astigmatisme , no spherical error, no coma. We see that the miror is just maintained by center NO MIROR CELL. this astig can be corrected by a cell I decided to not send back this scope and to remake all mecanic with a more more professional compagny, SKYMECA ( www.skymeca.com ), we decide to build a miror cell 18p in INOX, and to maintained by center but with a kneecap on CG you can see all mecanic change here : http://www.felopaul.com/skymeca.htm with the cell 18p see the optic test : and the scope in my observatory : the shroud was not the best choise , so i decide to do this with carbon fiber Since November (finish mecanic) no star on the sky, no first light on this time I will give you news when the weather will be better to conclude : you aderstand that if someone ask me my point of view of OOuk , i will not be friendly ! Looks like you were their Alpha Tester (a Betta would be better than what they sent to you)... Order what ? It's the firts product, so i had good price, with this money back , i can pay 16" only like Officina or RCOS (more small) and when i see the quality of this optic without astigmatism, with my friend of Skymeca , we know that it's easy to remake the mecanic, optic not ! The main difficult, is to have a good optic DK ! i don't want a RC F/8 or 9 . Planewave, i see also bad scope test with bad optic, or with fix primary too, can ne be collimate... So i had good optic 20" DK F/6.8, the mecanic costed me nothing, taked 2 month (week end).
