The Russian 12x45 Baigish Komz seem to be still in production and available. I have used other Russian binoculars, but nothing made recently or made by Komz. Does anyone know how this specific model performs?

The problem I find with Russian binos is poor eye relief, I used to have several pairs in my collection however most have gone,I would think the optics would be usable, the mechanics tend to be hit or miss, depends what the price is, DA.

I am aware of the poor eye relief issue, but I can accept it if the optics are good enough (I know that some Russian binoculars have excellent optics).
