Hello,,
I saw somewhere someone converted an etx mount to work with a camera like a byers camtrak.
Has anyone seen or tried this???

I've seen some people use a simple mount with the RA axis set horizontal to give a sweeping view of the sky for time lapse. Puts a lot of starter mounts to further use!

Paul,
Check this thread in the DSLR forum. I believe it is on the same subject only using a C-8 fork base.
