Can anyone identify this 8x40 Japanese binocular?

Just acquired this Japanese 8x40 porro binocular but cannot decipher the brand name ... might be Rob or RWC or rwl ... quite old and has a faded Japanese 'PASSED' quality sticker. They seem to be reasonable quality and will be used in a presentation at my local astronomy club to show members some of the bargain buys I have found in thrift shops. Just curious as to the actual brand name and if anyone has seen them on sale and if so when?

I'm certainly no expert in the field, but it almost looks like a middle eastern script of some kind. Perhaps made for that market?

Seems strange to use arabic then deluxe underneath, more like RWB or RWL to me? DA.
