Micro Touch Motorized Focuser

I purchased a refractor with a FT 3545 focuser which has a micro touch added. There is no part number on the micro touch and it doesn't say wireless or digital, so I assume it is an earlier version. Does anybody have an idea how to hook this unit up to control it as I have no manual and no wires or cables and can't seem to find anything on the net. Thanks Bill

The Micro Touch motorized focuser is made by Starlight Instruments - Phone: 260.244.0020

I would presume the FT3545 Focuser is also a Feather Touch made by them...

Thanks fmhill. I've checked their site but nothing there in terms of what type of connector, or how it is set up, etc.

What exactly has been added? It sounds like you just have the Micro Touch motor. From there you can add either the wired or wireless Micro Touch or you can go to the newer Focus Boss system. The motors are actually all the same. The difference is whether you attach a cable or a dongle to the motor to operate it.
