I found a great alternative to the $50.00 starizona counterweight if you need more as I did. I bought 2.5lb weights ( the round dumbbell ones) then had to try to find a way to fit them to the 1/2" threaded weight shaft so would be snug. Found an item in plumbing at Home Depot called "shark bite 1/2" demount clip".. Item #697285910874, put 2 into center hole of weight offset 90* apart and works great. Total cost for one is $5.00..

I use the dumbell weights too on top of one of the threaded $25 weights. Above them I hage a wide washer and a quarter inch nut I just tighten down to secure the whole load at whatever distance from the OTA is necessary.
