Tak EM-200 Temma II and Orion XT10 OTA question

Hi,
I have a Takahashi EM-200 Temma II equatorial mount permanently mounted on a pier and carrying a Takahashi FS-102. This setup performs very well, pinpoint stars in 30 min. exposures. Recently a friend offered for sale an Orion XT10 OTA and I thought that OTA can be used in my Tak EM-200.
Before buying the OTA I need some opinions. I use an Atik 16HR and a little Xagyl filter wheel. For guiding maybe an Orion miniguider and my QHY5. It raises the original 27 lbs OTA weight to around 35 because the tube rings and Losmandy plate.
Do you think this setup will give me good results?
Thanks, any comment will be welcome

No problemo Jesus. I mount a C11 and Meade 10" SN regularly on mine and have imaged, autoguided, etc without issue.

Personally I think that scope will be too much for the EM-200. I have successfully used a 10" f/4.7 scope with my NJP.

It is short focal length. And permanently mounted. I think it will work. Don't expect 30 minute subs though. At f4.7 you won't need them anyway.

Thanks for your opinions. The fact is the mount would be pushed to its limit. Some people say Takahashi mounts are very conservative in its payload capacity.
Maybe a C9.25 with f/6.3. reducer would be fine

Yes I believe it would be.
Jerry Lodriguss has a C11EDGE on an EM-200 and he feels it is a bit overloaded. So a C9 even native would probably be OK.
I have a C9. But I was a bit uncomfortable about being so close to the limit with an EM200. So I got a Mach1. But if you already have an EM200 I think it will be OK.
With the reducer it would be great. I find the 6.3 reducers to be terrible though (I have one too). You may want to look at the Optec NexGen 0.5 reducer. It only has an 18mm circle though so a big chip would not be covered.
