The 45-meter wide asteroid 2012 DA14 is expected to pass about 28,000 km from the Earth’s surface on February 15. I’ve updated my two related graphics that can be found near the bottom of my asteroids webpage: www.CurtRenz.com/asteroids

Quote: What are the numbers inside each circle?
I had hoped my explanation near the lower right of the map would be sufficient. Apparently not. Those numerals represent the number hours before or after the closest approach of the asteroid to Earth at 19:24:41 UT. Each one’s placement is at the location where the asteroid will appear in the zenith at that time.
