How Does Astronomics Ship Soooo Fast?

Kudos to Astronomics (I'm in no way connected, except my purchases bought many bricks in the new showroom)! Yesterday afternoon around 1pm I called (Pete) and orded a new PST (I dropped my old 40 and deeeeStroyed it). Since I have all the accoutrement, I just bought the OTA and much to my surprise, the doorbell awoke me this morning and my wife thankfully was up and about downstairs and answered the door to receive a new FedEx Ground package....The PST!!! How do they do that? I'm very impressed.

I ordered from ScopeStuff one time and the product was delivered to my door before I even placed the order !

No , not really , but I swear I had it 36 hours after the order was placed and the order was placed on a Sunday afternoon .
I couldn't believe it .

Astronomics has great service, great prices, and are very helpful when doing business with them. With all this, and the fact that they host Cloudy Nights, I buy all my stuff from them.

Sure beats 9 days from Radio Shack. I get things from OPT in Calif. to MID OHIO IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS from ordering phone call to in my hands at P.O. by priority USPS.

When you live in north Texas they can deliver the next day most of the time. I have ordered from Astronomics at 4pm before and still got the package at 1pm the next day.

I had a similar experience with my Lightbridge 16. I called them in the morning and it shipped that afternoon. Fantastic service.

Well I just drive 30 minutes down there . . . though I admit I am sometimes lazy and have things shipped from Astronomics. FYI, they are just as helpful in person as long distance.

I have dealt with B&H for many years (more than I will admit). Very reputable, very quick, easy to do business with and excellent prices. However, know what you want as their expertise in this field is marginal.

I've had the fastest shipping from Agena Astro. They get stuff from CA to SC faster than Astronomics can get it from OK to SC...and with free shipping, even on orders less than $100.

Case in point, I placed an order with each company on Tuesday morning. I got my Agena order Friday with free shipping. I'm still waiting on my Astronomics order with $8.95 shipping.

Mike bought a salvaged UFP transporter taken from the Valiant wreck couple of years ago. It took 'em awhile to find replacement dilithium crystals, and you didn't hear it from me but there are tales of black market buying from the Romulans, but once they had the crystals, the shipping really sped up.

Time machine. Their shipment takes the usual 4 days for ground but they ship 5 days before you order it.

I wish Astronomics wasn't outta stock on seemingly most stuff. In the last two weeks I've placed four orders, two from Astronomics,one from Scopestuff & one from Amazon. I wished Astronomics had it all so I wouldn't have to place so many orders, but oh well....I love Astrotech stuff! Plus Astronomics packs their stuff the best out of all the others I think. It takes about 4 days for me to get an order from them.

Astronomics, Agena Astro, Scopestuff and OPT are the best places to do business. They have all delivered excellent service over the years.
