CatsEye cheshire and reflective triangle
      #5685965 - 02/17/13 09:11 PM

This may be a silly question. If so, please forgive my ignorance. I have a 10" f/7.55 Dob and use the catseye cheshire for final collimation. I have the red reflective triangle on the primary. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to magnify the image as seen through the cheshire? It is so small I have a hard time telling if the triangle is positioned precisely in the center of the cheshire reflection. Thanks in advance.

Other than using a camera to take a photo then magnify it as shown in the attachment, I do not know if other methods. Of course using a camera is not really a practical method.
Consider using the Catseye Hotspot. If might be easier to see.
