What a gorgeous sky today! Got home from a long trip and set up my Portamount II and just let the disk drift through the FOV while shooting like crazy! Love the negative of this image to give some depth to this great filament on the surface today.

Nice, Warren. We had some sun here today, too. That filament was very cool. Proms everywhere. Good day. Cloudy now, though so nighttime observing is out. Again!

Warren.

Wow, superb full disk. Man it's almost the same as mine. I did it today but no time to treat it once again. So tomorrow I'll post it. We have almost the same details.

Andre.

Congrats Warren on beautiful striking photos. Your closeup is filled with details and 3D view of that snaky filament. Very enjoyable.

Ray

Looks good. Inverted images really bring those things out.

Thanks, I agree Sulli, I keep coming back to the negatives when processing these simply because things "Pop" off the surface!
