guidescope new

i have a meade lx 90 10"on a big a guiderscope can i put on my meade ? i have a 102 mm mac from skywatcher and that is approximately 2,1 kilo is that too much?

The 10" LX90 can probably handle it but I think you will get much better results with an off-axis guider, a.k.a radial guider.

Lighter and less problems with optical path flexure and mirror-flop.

i have never tried an offaxis guider .i thought it could be difficult to find a guidestar in some situations because of the long focuslenght ,but if you can use an OAG on that big telescope on your avatar it must be no problem on my 10 inch.
