Hi friends,
I have stumbled upon an interesting new small tracker called Toast-Pro Delicious. This one is a concept model shown at CP+ 2013 that differs greatly from the original Toast-Pro. If their polar alignment system is as good as they claim it to be, this could be a real winner!
Regardless, it already seems like an awesome small tracker to compete with Polarie, SkyTracker, Astrotrac and the like. Now how much will this cost?

Cheers, P.

I see a comment on one page that it costs 150,000 to 200,000 yen which is somewhere between $1660 - 2100 USD.

Nice find! Wow, the Toast-Pro is already one for the most (if not the most) expensive compact tracker (~USD$1000) - there's a blog that has the new mount coming in at between USD$1600-2100! Looks like final price is pending though. Looking at the gizmos on it, it's definitely Delicious - I just don't think I'm ready to take a bite

Very sexy. I would be afraid to drop it as it would land butter side down.

Hefty price for a tracker... I wonder who can justify such a cost.
The GPS alignment feature is very cool though.

the older TOAST (non Pro) was rated at 7" periodic error peak-to-peak.
the TOAST Pro has a smaller worm wheel so they aren't talking much about its PE. but if it is in the same class, that would account for its rather astounding price...

The same people who buy Takahashi or any high-end goods. This is also in the Japanese market where folks don't mind paying for quality.
