Vendors only please. I've read elsewhere about at least a couple of vendors who are definitely NOT going, but I don't want to personally state which ones here as I don't want to muddy the results.

We'll be there too! Don't recall the booth #'s, but right next to Televue. Just look for all the people standing around all the refractors and eyepieces, and we'll be next to them.

Do you mean "stores" like OPT, etc, or equipment makers too?
I've always found the best way to insure that I can get something I want at NEAF is to call a vendor up and ask them to bring the item(s) and hold it with my name on it. That has worked fine for me. One year, when a vendor failed to bring the Explore Scientific 127mm ED they promised me, they got Scott Roberts to sell me his personal scope! I've brought my Denk II bino-viewer stuff to have them look it over and provide extra OCA lens, and I've had both ADM and Moonlite look at my existing ATM efforts to insure I got exactly what I needed. In ADM's case, he had to machine me a special part - which I got in the mail less than a week after NEAF.
I can tell you for sure (unless something happens!!) that Finger Lakes Instrumentation (FLI) the CCD camera guys, will be there. Many of their engineers and the co-owner are in my astronomy club, and I was just talking to them at our last meeting about what to do in the evening, etc.
I'd be 99% sure that you'll see Howie Glatter and his collimatators and Roger Greenwood and his filter sliders.
Speaking of CCD cameras: at NEAF I've also had the SBIG guys tell me exactly how to connect up two parts (STL camera and old AO-7), even though their manuals and website sez it can't be done...... but it can.
Those are reasons enough for me to always attend NEAF.... not to mention the great speakers and the solar viewing.

By 'vendor' I meant...
'Someone who pays for and occupies a booth or six for whatever reason.'
OPT is a vendor (who MAKES nothing but sells lots of stuff), Rob Teeter is a vendor (who sells scopes), and Worldwide Telescope Ambassador Program is vendor (who sells nothing).

Dark Skies Apparel will be there again this year. Should be booth #529, directly across from Rob and Teeter Telescopes.
So when you find everyone standing around the refractors and eyepieces, look next door and find everyone standing around Robs fine scopes. Then look across the aisle and find us!

Im not a vendor, Im an exhibitor. I have a booth, maybe a double booth if the paperwork goes thru. I will be there setting it up Friday. If things go well I wont be in the booth all weekend. I dont sell anything but give away goodwill and stong opinions on telescopes equipment.
I dont make any money at NEAF. I spend a lot on gas, food, hotels, and buy some stuff too. I do this to support the event and amateur astronomy in general. Im not a member of RAC. I basically drive across 5 states to hang out.

I will not, not be there, no matter how much they offer me to stay away.
This year we will again have our famous Collimator Acid Test Station*, with an approximate seventy foot beam path, set up to test the alignment of collimators. Want to see a shoot out? Everyone is invited to bring theirs.
As usual, discounted show prices will be in effect.
