Truing a sliding tube mount
      #5719689 - 03/08/13 12:04 AM

I have an older meade mount that uses a sliding tube inside of a fixed tube. A common design. The inner sliding tube has a lot of friction since over time dents and dings on the tube have made it out of round. The tube is still straight. Has anyone had any luck re-truing the inner tube? If so, how?
