After many cold months and lots of cloud covered weeks I finally was able to get out and do a sketch last night. It was about 30°F and it felt great compared to the last time I was out in -19°F imaging.
I used to scan my images in, but this time around I just took a picture with my point and shoot and inverted the image. I'm not sure I completely like the quality, it almost seems a bit pixelated, but my scanner has decided it doesn't want to completely want to scan anymore.

Michael,
Always a treat to see both galaxies in the same field of view. Well done.

They are a great pair to look at, was going to get the Leo Triplet, but got too tired for the night by the time I got there. Just wish my light pollution was in the Orange zone so I could see them a bit better.

Beautiful sketch, Michael! Your impression is very live-like and immediately gave me the impression I was looking through your eyepiece. It's a pity though that you didn't see any structure in M82, but this was probably due to all but optimal observing conditions. Excellent work!

Thanks a lot everyone.
@Peter - I'm not sure if it's just hard to see structure through a 25mm in a 6" scope with 750mm focal length, or if it's light pollution that played a part in it.
@Eric - 30°F felt quite warm, so I was happy to be out in it. Only took a little over an hour to start getting chilly to me.
