As the title says, its dead.
The mount accidentally got unplugged last night while imaging and then plugged back in. Well more like it was a loose connection i think. Anyways the light on the mount comes on but the handcontroller does not work at all. No lights or anything.

Ugh. Why would this happen?

Voltage pike...You need to try and reflash your hand controller. This may fix the problem. If not you will need to replace the hand controller.

Maybe a reflash will help. But that is not the place to start. The place to start is with the power cable and supply. Make sure the power is getting to the mount. If it's a loose connection it is likely _still_ a loose connection.

Didn't read that too well. The light comes on on the mount, but nothing on the HC. Try plugging the HC into the AUX port and see if it powers up.

Did you slightly spread the halves of the DC power-in pin? It should be a little snug when you put the DC plug in. A small jeweler's screwdriver works well for this.

Do you have another hand controller that you can try? That would determine if it is the hand controller that got zapped or the main board. It is hopefully just the hand controller and you can convince Celestron to send you a warranty replacement without sending the mount in.
