4 day old moon. shinning lights...

Hi all,it's been some time on this fourm but here goes,on the 15th i was looking at the 4day old moon in the area of Kane and at the termanator i saw what looked like a arc of 5 lights thats right 5 lights.oh and one in the center . as plane as day. i have never seen this befor, has anyone seen this?? or have a photo of this ? all spaced perfect..I think this is between craters arnold & gartner... H.B.

From your description, I assume these bright 'lights' appeared on the night side of the terminator, and not too distant from it? If so, my guess is that they are the tops of high terrain in sunlight.

thats what i was thinking but couldn't find any info or photos of this..also looked through tons of books on the moon.thanks.H.B.
