That's insane. I have one and rarely use it. My clamp does work nicely for holding a 1.25 inch diagonal in the Unitron drawtube since I don't have a 1.25 visual back and it's nice to have it to make my collection complete but I sure wouldn't have paid 112 bucks for it. I got mine free with my model 114.

No, I'm here. It's nothing I don't already have. My 114 is totally complete and near mint so no gain for the collection. Im a collector not a hoarder and have minimal storage space so i would be selling it. With its cost and 100+ in gas for my truck I wouldn't make that much in resale and I don't care for a 10 hr drive. Today is our first sunny day here in weeks and I plan to do some solar viewing.

Someone else here should jump on it.

Besides, I'm holding out for my 127 that I have on layaway

Discoverer model #412

Btw, anyone else feel that the signal-to-noise ratio is becoming a bit unfavorable on this thread?

Go for it Dave. It would be worth the extra miles for you. This one is mint and includes all the basic accessories, box, tripod, spreader (you can see it in the box). If I didn't have a beautiful #114 I would sure be on the road. Unitron 60s are great scopes with wonderful optics. It is a perfect Unitron Grab and Go.

Thanks Tom, I've been trying to buy the Sears but was
waiting for the guy to call back because he said his phone was running low on minutes so could not talk at the time and
that was a week or so ago. Oh by the way I think I have bought the Unitron deal of the year.

I looked at that and then looked around the cave and said that just what I need. Another Unitron
I was hoping someone here would get it.
I got a great deal last year on a 114 that I did not need. Darn these Unitron things are like a drug

I hope you get the Unitron. My son is feeling much better today, had the scope been still available I was going to do a short trip and get it. Already have a baby sitter lined up just in case. I'm actually glad someone is going to get it off CL and make it stop tempting me.
