Sounds like a dumb idea to me. There really isnt anything a robot cant do with instruments that a human cant do with instruments.

I would think comets would be a better resource to capture but what do I know?
What could go wrong? slips out of the moons gravity and hits earth. Hmmmm if you can control it's trajectory it's a environmentally friendly weapon,no nasty radiation. SHHHHH don't tell the pentagon about that. lets just
