A very good introduction to a fine device. I have had mine for 2 years and it does a good job of tracking. Once I got it on the pole accurately it consistently tracked with lenses up to 135mm with no trouble. I have not gotten to the place where I want to fiddle with stacking images, but that day may come.

I also use a Canon 350D and Tacumar lenses with Pentax thread. I like the ease of focus with a lens that has a hard stop at the infinity setting.

I put some red tape over the bothersome LED's and lowered their brightness so that they would not effect the image. I don't like the fact that astronomers would manufacture a device with bright lights on it, but that is my only complaint.

The article espouses the virtues of a precisely aligned reticle in your polarscope. Here's a great video on aligning the reticle on a polarscope that I found really useful.
