Mount for a 9.25
      #5842462 - 05/05/13 09:10 PM

What is a good mount for the Celestron 9.25 SCT?
I have a mint LXD-75, would that be good enough. I am really mostly visual.
I do use a Binoviewer and take a few Planetary/Lunar shots if something interesting is going on, or the seeing is exceptional, which is once in a Blue Moon.
I have the AR5 which is rock solid on it, the SN-8 tube which is a tiny bit bouncy.
I dont know how it handles the 10", I wouldn't mind coming up with one some day.
It is funny how things come around.
I grew up with German EQ mounts, when Fork mounts came out I was crazy envious. Now EQ's are the thing now. Go figure.

Get the best of both worlds - a SkyWatcher AZ-EQ6. Here is a picture of mine with my C9.25
