2/18/02 Jupiter Orion XT6 w/ Epson 850z (2.1MP) 3X Barlow 26 exposures stacked, ISO400, 1/60 exp Post-processing (unsharp mask to bring out detail and blurring to make it more appealing to the eye)

Jupiter and Io w/shadow transit
Orion 120 Skywatcher achromat refractor on modified EQ4 mount
Logitech QC4000 webcam w/2x barlow
Settings @ 1/25 sec, 15 FPS, 10% gain. 90% bright, 40% gamma. 50% contrast. No filters. Captured, aligned and stacked with k3ccd planetary wizard. 650 frame stack out of 1350. Wavlet and Gamma levels processed in Registax 2. Despeckle and Unsharp mask and text with Photoshop. A litte color found by upping the saturation a bit.

The image is the best 1,200 frames out of 4,200 taken. Stacked and Processed with RegiStax.

1200 frame's stacked in registax 2.1 Resizeing in photoshop 7.1 plus unsharp mask and some colour processing. Helios explorer 200mm reflector f/l 1000 f/5 10mm ep ep projection tube 10fps, gain 40 percent,Saturation 60 percent, brightness 40 percent, gamma 0,1.25 exposure.
