Hello
below the prominence, which we had always observed the telescope meeting in Oppelhain (Germany, near Doberlug Kirchhain on 06.05.2013). When we had arrived at home in the afternoon, the Sun was still to be seen, but the air masses were stirred quite befuddling. Yet the picture is been recorded with around 10 m focal length. As the sharpening algorithm I've used deconvolution. It is the best way to correct the distortion in this high-resolution area least somewhat. Other sharpening tools only make sharp images and not correct. Finally, I put over it still a USM in PS to increase the contrast. Tomorrow, it will get better, let's see what still makes. The man/day to be not that great, hopefully the weather not long does, because we have Whitsun Holiday! At this scale, again a larger monitor and slightly more distance is useful.

Outstanding Harald, your techniques completely remove the atmospheric problems.

Regards

Andy

Greetings to Menīs Day,
thanks all for your comments!
On 08.05.2013 was a beautiful day for solarobservations. Seeing and transparancy was good and I had freetime. In the next time (today or tomorrow) I will show this high res pictures.
