Thanks Everyone!
I really enjoy posting to share my love of video Astronomy.
Jim, I will work on getting the details for future posting.
I did not realize they meant so much to anyone.

+1
I like reading the data too

I use DeepSkyImaging for capture and have DeepSkyStacker Live 3.3.2 but hadn't tried stacking until last night. Following images are from that session.
No processing other than using the slider function in DeepSkyStack Live program.

Typically I have AGC set to low with this camera because of the noise and ampglow when I have it set to high.
Also, there isn't a noticeable gain in detail on some objects when set to high. However, I was able to use AGC high and x512
without too much ampglow or noise and it brought much more detail than AGC low at x512 or AGC high at x256.

Nicely done Jim!
How do like the DSS Live?
I have yet to try it.

I exclusively use DSI as well. Excellent Program for video.

John, I wish the program was integral to DSI.
Having to run seperatly is a little combersome. Having the slider to adjust levels is nice.
Adjusting the levels can produce a nicer image (stacked or single capture) than I get normally. i.e. I can get a darker background.

Jim have you ever used the sliders in DSI?
I find them very useful.

John, yes I use them everytime I go to a new object. I liked the level slider in SkyStackerLive because I could make small or large changes quickly.

Post away, love seeing people post their images. If I went back far enough, I bet I posted my first M27 and M57. Can see the central star in M57.

What blows my mind is that the M57 central star was a very difficult target for my old 12.5" dob...and it was a huge scope...took up a stupid amount of space. My little 6se with a hundred dollar camera makes it look foolish.

Tracking looks good. I had my 6se out the other night, as is much easier to deal with
compared to my CPC1100, but I need to adjust my anti-backlash settings (again).

An 11" scope would be a bear to set up for video...but it would sure pull the light.

Excellent captures. You are hooked now! I always enjoy seeing folks first capture! I use my C11 most of the time and other than being heavier the setup time is the same as using my smallest scope (80mm)

Finally had some free time and the sky looks great last night. I was surprised how fast time just flew by. With this video stuff, I always get bed too late.

I caught a meteor streaking through M107 tonight. Here is the series. It is at f3.3 on a 6" SCT with a Lntech 300 camera.
