Sorry I had to really shrink this a lot and compress the heck out of it to meet upload constraints. I'll put the full res up on my blog or something shortly.

WoW! 15 minutes of integration? Can you share details on the setup? Is it the Hyperstar?

It was from the Hyperstar. I've been going through older data and reprocessing. When I had the Hyperstar I didn't have all the software I really needed. Now I do. Here's a closer crop.

I think this right here just helped me decide. Going to build another Hyperstar rig.

Looks good Josh, especially for 30" subs!

30 second subs? 30 second subs!! ummm Wow. I was looking at an old iamge I'd made with my 160mm scope using 4 minute subs at f/8... not near as much data in the nebula but the stars a bit more tame. That's really impressive!

I agree Sal. That was one of my first images taken through it. I still can't believe how deep that setup goes. Time to build another. With filter drawers now available, I don't think I can go wrong. I got rid of my last one because of the shoulder reconstruction - I couldn't lift it anymore onto the wedge. I've corrected that problem by putting on 30 lbs. in muscle in the last 18 months. Let's do this!
